Linen

Viscose
Viscose – is the most natural of all artificial fibres. It is made from cellulose of wood and plants, received by a method of pressing. Sometimes viscose is called "wood silk ". In the pure state viscose is very beautiful, effective yarn. The viscose cloth is soft, elastic and is not enough electrified.
Properties:
-soft, pleasant to the touch fibre;
-good hygienic parameters;
-high absorption of moisture

The viscose fibre at various processing can remind silk by its shine and density, cotton or even wool. On viscose fibre thickening of a string characteristic for flax are carried out also. Besides, manufacturers appreciate viscose for high intensity of color, that is an opportunity to paint cloth in bright tones. Products from viscose are beautiful, firm and convenient in wearing. Today SERGE uses for tailoring products viscose cloths of new generation, such as modal and tencel, which have new unique properties.
Tencel is natural, ecologically pure hyperallergic viscose fibre made from natural wood cellulose. Tencel is exclusively solid, has homogeneous structure. Products from tencel have special softness and elasticity.
Modal is a variety of viscose fibre. 100 %-s' cellulose modified fibre meeting all ecological requirements which is made exclusively without mixture. The maintenance of modal in a cloth gives to it additional refinement and shine, silkiness of its structure. Besides products from modal distinguish stability of form and low rumpling. Owing to deeper processing, this viscose fibre is even better painted and keeps the initial colors and mildness even after multiple washing.
Products from modal (with addition of modal) are very easy in taking care. Owing to that the smooth surface of this fibre does not allow mixtures (washing-up liquids) remain on fabric, doing its rigid to the touch, products remain soft and elastic even after repeated washings. One of the main advantages of modal – is the full absence of deformation of a product while wearing.

Recommendations on caring.
Underwear from tencel, modal is possible to wash by means of machine and manual washing in warm water 400 ‘C. Products must be ironed at the average temperature not exceeding 1500”C. It is recommended to dry in a horizontal position. For tailoring our company uses Knitted cloths from natural fibres and artificial cellulose fibres (viscose), with addition or without addition of elastan.
Viscose cloth from usual viscose fibres possesses softness, extensibility, stability to overwashing, good hygroscopicity, light resistance, but at humidifying these fibres swell strongly. We use viscose cloth of new generation from high-molecular fibres ("Modal") which are high-grade substitutes of cotton.
These fibres are stronger, more elastic, more wearproof, than usual viscose fibres and they are also used for mixing with cotton and chemical fibres. Fibres "Modal" give to cloths silkiness, shapestability, reduce shrinkage and creasing property. From viscose cloth we make female and man's bottom áåëü¸, a vest, and also female áëóçêè and òîïû.

Cotton
Cotton
  - is a fibre covering seeds of the annual plant of cotton. Many kinds of cotton are known, but mainly two of them have practical value: mid-fibred and fine-fibered. The fine-fibered cotton gives longer (35-45 mm), thinner and stronger fibre which is used for the development of ãðåáåííîé yarn of a high-quality. Ãðåáåííàÿ yarn – is a yarn received by ãðåáåííûé spinning. According to this system of spinning the strongest, the most smooth, pure and thin yarn, from which cloths of the highest quality are developed, are received.
For manufacturing of our products we use cotton fabrics of such kinds as:
 - Cloth "interlock" – got its name from the kind of interlacing. Interlock – is a double interlacing formed by alternation of obverse loopy columns with those inside. Obverse and inside sides of a cloth are identical and seem to be formed only by obverse columns. The knitted cloth of interlacing "interlock" possesses raised elasticity, good heat-shielding properties, lack of elasticity and unraveling. From this cloth we make pyjamas, night shirts, vests, jerseys, complete sets for rest.
 - Cloth "kupirka" got its name from the kind of interlacing. Kulir satin-stitch – is a unary interlacing in which the face sheet is formed by loopy columns, and the inside side –by  needled arches and broaches. That’s why the face sheet of a cloth is smooth and plain, and the inside one forms cross-section strips. The cloth is dense and not very extensible. Elasticity is reached by the addition of elastan. From the specified cloth we make female and man's underwear, vests, jerseys, trousers, jackets. –"ribana", "multirib" - the names of cloths of the double interlacing formed by alternation obverse and inside columns. An alternation can be various: over one obverse column to one inside column; over two obverse columns to two inside; over two obverse columns to two inside, etc. The specified knitted cloths possess big extensibility and elasticity in a cross-section direction. From "multirib" and "ribana" we make night shirts, pyjamas, vests, complete sets of linen, home dresses.
We also use knitted cloths with impressive surface, characterized by picture interlacing. The variety of these cloths is reached by changing of base interlacings, their combinations, by the introduction of additional strings, misses of loops, etc.
In our manufacture texture fabrics of the following kinds are used: -cloth “pike” – is the name of a cloth of the combined double interlacing. It possesses lowered extensibility in width and high elasticity. It can be developed with or without addition of elastan. From this cloth we make trousers, shorts, vests, jerseys. - cloth "futer" –got its the name from a kind of interlacing. Futer interlacings are made by binding to the ground of a futer string from a seamy side. Futer strings do not form loops and are attached to the ground with loopy transport.

The main peculiarities of a cloth are: good form steadiness, high heat-shielding properties, steadiness of wearing. From the cloth futer we make pyjamas, trousers, shorts, complete sets for rest, jackets, waistcoats, dressing gowns.
 - cloth "velour" – is the name of a cloth received by binding of additional strings to the ground, forming loopy pile. Loopy pile is cut on one or both parts of this cloth, as a result a dense, soft, velvety, well draped cloth is received. From the cloth "velour" we make pyjamas, dressing gowns, complete sets for rest.
-A "double" knitted cloth – is the name of a cloth, which surface from one or from two parts is covered with pile from loops of the basic strings. The cloth is distinguished by lightness, softness, it absorbs a plenty of moisture. From a "double" cloth we make pyjamas, dressing gowns.
Knitted cloth "open-work" – is the name of a cloth of the openwork interlacing received by carrying of separate loops to the next loopy columns, as a result  apertures creating openwork figures are formed. The main feature of a cloth is a big variety of pictures, attractive appearance. From the cloth "open-work" we make female underwear.
All enumerated fabrics can exist with the following kinds of decorating: - Bleached, - smoothly-coloured (painted with regular intervals in one color), - stuffed (with a color pattern on a face sheet of a cloth), - melange (from a yarn in which fibres of different colors are mixed). Our suppliers of cloths - famous Italian and turkish manufacturers guaranteeing high quality and wide assortment of knitted cloths. Polyamide, polyether - are synthetic fibres, distinguished by lightness and elasticity. Exclusively high durability and wear resistance of these fibres promote their wide application both for manufacture of synthetic cloths, and for manufacture of lace. Polyester – is a general name of polyester fibres. Cloths and laces with addition of polyestr keep the form well, are not rumpled, are steady against light.
Elastan - synthetic strings with a degree of stretching of 600-800 %. Elastan strings possess lightness, softness, are well painted. Cloths and laces with addition of elastan possess elasticity, uncreasing properties, stability of shape .
In the manufacture of knitted products we use elastic lace by the Italian manufacturers. This lace of the highest quality amazes with a variety of pictures, can be one-colored, bicolored, multicolored, printed. Polyamide with elastan is a most often used part.  While tailoring knitted products we use reinforced and texture threads of such leaders of world’s brands as "ALTERFIL" and "AMANN". Reinforced threads of the specified manufacturers are distinguished by high durability, high thermostability, maintain greater explosive loadings that allows to use them on our high-speed equipment.  Texture threads have the increased volume, friable structure, a high extensibility. After removal of loading texture threads restore its initial sizes, that’s why their use allows to receive strong, highly elastic seams.
Threads which we use do not lose their properties under influence of moisture and solar beams, are not subjected to the influence of musty bacterias, perfectly maintain repeated washings, quickly dry up. The enumerated properties of the threads "ALTERFIL" and "AMANN" provide reliability of our products in operation and preservation of their attractive appearance. To increase the efficiency of the process of development of new models and to reduce time for their start in manufacture SAPR is successfully applied.
